Q. What if the cheaper products are a little different?
A. If you provide us with the website that has the similar products, we will review it. We may be able to offer you a comparable product at a better price or a better product at the same price.
Q. What are your Delivery details?
A. Basic door step delivery costs are included in our on line prices. Average Delivery times are listed against each individual product. Normally the delivery times (except where detailed) are;
Products weighing less than 30kg take 1-5 working days.
Products weighing less than 100kg take 5-7 working days.
Products weighing more than 100kg take 7-10 working days.
Q. How do we deliver?
A. Delivery of items weighing 30kg and below are delivered by parcel carrier between the hours of 9am and 6pm Monday to Friday and are delivered to your door. Items must be signed for and the carrier is instructed to leave a card so that the customer can ring the depot to re-arrange delivery if no-one is in.
Delivery of items weighing between 30kg-100kg are delivered by heavy parcel carrier between the hours of 9am and 6pm Monday to Friday. Depending on the type of product these deliveries are either on a standard service or the carrier may ring the customer to agree the delivery day.
Delivery of items weighing over 100kg are delivered by a Specialist Safe Delivery Company between the hours of 9am and 6pm Monday to Friday. The customer is always telephoned prior to delivery to agree a day and to select a am or pm appointment.

Q. How secure are you online purchasing store?

You can check the information that we have about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies please let us know and we will delete or correct it for you.

Q.What happens is your Consumer Returns and Cancellation Policy?
A. Safes.co.uk Consumer Returns and Cancellation Policy do not affect your statutory rights and complies with "The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000".
You have the right to return your product (We will advise address) or we can arrange to have your product collected and returned for you. When you send your item back we will process the returned item then notify you via e-mail or telephone of your refund. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within one week of us receiving your returned product in it's original 'as new' shipping condition and in the original packaging.
Items returned due to damage in transit, defective or incorrect.
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or in accordance with our returns policy because your product is damaged or defective, we will refund in full and pay your costs of returning it. We will check all items returned for damaged or being defective. In the event of no fault or damage being reported, we reserve the right to re-charge or withhold your payment for the item's) to recover our fees and expenses from you.
Items returned within the seven-day cooling off period.
Where you are withdrawing from your purchase within the seven working day cooling-off period, and there has been no error on our part and the goods are not defective, we will refund the cost of the item less the costs and services related to the delivery & collection as follows:
1) We will refund the cost of the product less the delivery & collection cost – Cost available on application. The customer has the right to return their purchase using their own carrier. However, due to the physical size and weight of some units we recommend returns to be arranged by us - we cannot accept responsibility for third party carriers damaging products in transit.
2) We will not refund any additional service charges related to the delivery such as installation, bolting down, and delivery to another floor other than the standard free ground floor.
3) The cost of returning the goods is the responsibility of the customer. The Little Safe company will provide you with pricing to arrange collection and deduct the cost from your account.

PLEASE NOTE; We strongly advise customers to carefully check dimensions of products being purchased – safes are often large, heavy items which can be expensive to return if a simple measuring mistake has not been calculated before placing your order.
Q. How is the degree of fire protection measured?
A. There are lots of varying degrees of fire protection most levels are expressed as a temperature followed by a time;
I.e. 30 minutes at 900 C
Paper needs less fire protection than data i.e. floppy disc's that are very vulnerable to heat damaged and need special safe protection.
Q. What is a cash rating?
A. Cash rating is the guides figure given to a safe to help grade the level of security it offers i.e. the higher the cash rating the higher the level of protection.
Insurers generally use cash rating as a guide i.e. a correctly installed safe with a £3000 cash rating will have insurance cover for up to £3,000 in cash and £30,000 worth of goods.
